Wednesday, February 7, 2024: Ms. Beth Ostdiek Founder/Executive Director of Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue. Beth was a former travel industry professional and nonprofit executive when she launched the Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue organization which is poised at the intersection of food waste, hunger, access and healthy eating. The core mission of Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue (SGPFR) is capturing and redistributing fresh and prepared edibles – 1.4 million pounds of food was distributed in 2021! They connect perishable food from local food purveyors to local nonprofits that feed our hungry, while raising awareness and educating the community on wasted food and hunger.

Precious has a passion for neighborhoods, advocating for safe and clean neighborhoods. Precious is the president of North Omaha Neighborhood Alliance, and National President of Neighborhoods, USA also known as NUSA. When Precious isn’t fighting the
good fight she’s caring for her brother. Precious biggest accomplishment in life is being the mother of her daughter a sophomore at Creighton University.
The Hungry Club is open to the public, everyone is welcome
