Beth was a former travel industry professional and nonprofit executive when she launched the Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue organization which is poised at the intersection of food waste\, hunger\, access and healthy eating. The core mission of Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue (SGPFR) is capturing and redistributing fresh and prepared edibles – 1.4 million pounds of food was distributed in 2021! They connect perishable food from local food purveyors to local nonprofits that feed our hungry\, while raising awareness and educating the community on wasted food and hunger.\n\n\n \n\nPrecious has a passion for neighborhoods\, advocating for safe and clean neighborhoods. Precious is the president of North Omaha Neighborhood Alliance\, and National President of Neighborhoods\, USA also known as NUSA. When Precious isn’t fighting the\ngood fight she’s caring for her brother. Precious biggest accomplishment in life is being the mother of her daughter a sophomore at Creighton University.\n\nThe Hungry Club is open to the public\, everyone is welcome

A communications\, community engagement and events manager with degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Bellevue University\, LeFlore-Ejike is a self-described “creative” from a family of entrepreneurs who manage their own businesses.\n\n\n \n\nPrecious has a passion for neighborhoods\, advocating for safe and clean neighborhoods. For the last 16 years Precious has had a major role in the community as a mentor\, volunteer\, community liaison\, neighborhood leader\, political leader\, and political strategist. Precious started her political journey working as the Urban Affairs Committee Clerk for Nebraska Legislature District 13 Senator Justin Wayne. In 2018 Precious began her work at the Nebraska Democratic Party as the Constituency Director where her job was to ensure all citizens are civically\, and politically engaged focusing on voter turnout in low-voting communities.\n\n\n \n\nPrecious has a passion for neighborhoods\, advocating for safe and clean neighborhoods. Precious is the president of North Omaha Neighborhood Alliance\, and National President of Neighborhoods\, USA also known as NUSA.
