The Hungry Club – Celebrating Black History Month Living Out Ujamaa

Join us at Big Mama’s Kitchen & Catering for The Hungry Club, our monthly community gathering where we connect over great food and valuable information about local programs and initiatives in our community. This February, in celebration of Black History Month and the Kwanzaa principle of Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics), we’re meeting every Wednesday at 12:00pm to spotlight Black-owned businesses in our community. Each week, we’ll feature local entrepreneurs who provide a variety of services, giving them a platform to share their expertise, and stories. Come support, learn, and be inspired by the warm welcoming conversation where ALL ARE WELCOME while enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal from Big Mama’s.
