The Hungry Club

At Big Mama’s Kitchen & Catering, we believe food has the power to change the world by bringing people together. That belief is exactly why Big Mama started The Hungry Club in 2008. Born from our love for a good meal and meaningful community, The Hungry Club is a monthly gathering where thoughtful conversation is served alongside a delicious home-cooked meal.

Held every first Wednesday of the month, The Hungry Club is always free and open to the public. It’s a welcoming space to explore important issues, share bold ideas, and inspire collective action for positive change. We call it “food for thought”—a place where minds and hearts are nourished right alongside appetites.

It’s election season, and Big Mama’s has traditionally invited candidates running for office to join us and share their platforms and why they are running.
